Our staff is highly trained and provides sales support, product information and industry updates to professional agents nationally. We assist them with prospecting programs, help them qualify their prospects, select the most appropriate plans and give them sales strategies to help them complete the sale. Paid Training
Complete training about insurance wholesaling and the products represented, plus sales skills and coaching is provided. In addition, we conduct regular sales training meetings for all marketing representatives.
Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary plus monthly bonuses and is designed to emphasize results.
Benefits
All available positions are full time and are eligible for our comprehensive benefit package on the first of the month following 30 days of active employment. The benefit package includes paid leave, comprehensive medical, dental, life, and disability insurance. Our retirement plan is a SIMPLE IRA which has a longer eligibility waiting period than our other benefits.
Requirements
You must be honest, sincere and enthusiastic. You must be willing to work hard and make the necessary extra effort to achieve your goals daily. You must be a team player that enjoys working with others. You must be able to relate well to people. Communication and computer skills are necessary. A college degree, life insurance license and industry experience is preferred. Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and contact management system is required.
